Dr. S. Wes Davenport

Dr. Wes Davenport is an expert within the field of organizational behavior, leadership, and decision making having earned advanced degrees in both clinical and industrial/organizational psychology. He has published research in numerous scientific journals on a variety of organizational topics including work teams, decision making, conflict, personality, and leadership and has provided managerial and organizational consulting services to both private and governmental organizations over the past decade. Wes is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of North Alabama and serves as the Director of Graduate Studies for the College of Business. He is also the Director of EDBA program. In addition, Wes is the founder and managing partner of QDG consulting. He frequently delivers talks and training programs for a variety of continuing education and non-profit groups across a wide spectrum of industries.
