Dr. Ronald K. Chung

钟博士是UNA全职的教职人员，他在金融和战略方面拥有近30年的教学、培训和咨询经验。

除学术背景之外，钟博士曾担任美国信贷研究基金会（CRF）研究主任，代表企业客户研究最佳的信贷业务和产品，并为各大金融机构和企业中的高级财务主管设计培训项目。除此之外，钟博士还曾担任美国财政管理协会（TMA）的高级顾问，[现名称为金融专业人员协会（AFP）]。在此期间，他与美国金融机构合作，提供企业财务服务和产品，尤其关注其衍生内容。他还与大学合作，为金融专业人士设计了培训项目，其中合作大学有达特茅斯学院、乔治敦大学、约翰霍普金斯大学、斯坦福大学和密歇根大学。有关资讯方面的经验，其中包括有财富500强的客户，比如AMD、AT&T、康宁、诺基亚、宝洁和辉瑞等。

回到亚洲后，钟博士主要和亚洲地区的金融机构合作，为他们的入门级分析师和处于职业中期的银行家提供技术主题方面的培训。著名的客户包括巴克莱银行、瑞士信贷集团、高盛集团、汇丰银行、摩根大通、摩根士丹利、渣打银行、瑞银集团、中国银行、交通银行、工商银行和招商银行等。

钟博士为众多公司提供咨询，并且他还是香港董事学会（HKIoD）的资深会员和亚太经济合作组织（APEC）的注册商业顾问。

他在举办多项大型活动中都发挥了关键的作用，包括：

- 与汇丰银行在香港举办首个欧元研讨会（1999年2月）

为领头机构的主管们提供培训，包括：

- 中国银行董事会（2005年8月）

- 世界银行代理董事（2006年4月）

钟博士出版了两本书籍，分别是1998年出版于美国的《21世纪后的欧盟：国际商务的价值创造策略》和2005年出版于香港的《改变CEO的管理策略》，同时在北京、广州、香港及美国的报刊上发表多篇文章。

Dr. Ronald Chung is a full time staff of UNA.  He has close to 30 years of teaching, training and advisory experience in finance and strategy.  

In addition to his academic background, Dr. Chung had served as Director of Research for the Credit Research Foundation, USA, researching on best practices credit practices and products on behalf corporate clients and design training programs for senior financial executives in financial institutions and corporations.  In addition, Dr. Chung also served as Senior Consultant for the Treasury Management Association (now Association for Financial Professionals,) USA.  In this capacity, he worked with US financial institutions on corporate treasury services and product offerings with a special focus on derivatives.  He also designed training programs for finance professionals in collaboration with university partners, including Dartmouth College, Georgetown University, Johns Hopkins University, Stanford University and University of Michigan.  His consulting experience includes Fortune 500 clients such as AMD, AT&T, Corning, Nokia, P&G, Pfizer, etc.   

Since returning to Asia, Dr. Chung has primarily worked with financial institutions in the region providing training to their entry level analysts and mid-career bankers on technical subject matters.  Notable clients include Barclays Bank, CS, GS, HSBC, JPM, Morgan Stanley, Standard Chartered Bank, UBS, Bank of China (BoD), Bank of Communications, CCB, ICBC and CMB.

Dr. Chung also consults for companies and is a Fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors (HKIoD) and an APEC Certified Business Consultant.

He played a key role in the organization of a number of major events, including:

- The first Euro seminar in H.K. with HSBC (Feb 1999)

Training workshops for directors of premier organizations, including:

- Board of Directors of the Bank of China (Aug 2005)

- Nominee of Directors of the World Bank (Apr 2006)

Dr. Chung has published two books, Euro 2000 and Beyond: Value Creation Strategies for International Business, 1998 (published in the U.S.), and VAC Change Management Strategies for CEOs, 2005 (published in H.K.), and is the author of many articles published in Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and the U.S.
