International Business Dynamics
国际商务
国际商务课程以国际经济学为基础,分析研究国际商品和服务贸易的基本原理、影响因素及国际因素。课程介绍了从古至今的自由贸易理论,了解国际分工原理、绝对优势和比较优势贸易理论、要素禀赋理论和产品生命周期理论等;介绍了贸易保护主义理论及其政策工具,分析了国际贸易政策手段的经济效应,关税的保护程度和关税结构,非关税壁垒的种类及其经济效应;同时还分析了当代国际贸易的新特点、新趋势和面临的主要问题等。
This course is based on international economics, analyzing the basic principles and influencing factors of international trade in goods and services and international factor. The course introduces the theory of free trade from classical to contemporary, making students understand the principle of international division of labor, the trade theory of absolute advantage and comparative advantage, the theory of factor endowment and the theory of product life cycle; it introduces trade protectionism theory and its policy tools, and analyzes the economic effects of international trade policy measures, the degree of tariff protection and tariff structure, the types of non-tariff barriers and their economic effects; at the same time, it also analyzes the new characteristics, new trends and main problems of contemporary international trade.

Dr. Ronald Chung
钟国豪博士
钟博士是美国北阿拉巴马大学教授,在金融和战略方面拥有近30年的教学、培训和咨询经验。他曾担任美国信贷研究基金会(CRF)研究主任,代表企业客户研究最佳的信贷业务和产品,并为各大金融机构和企业中的高级财务主管设计培训项目;还曾担任美国金融专业人员协会(AFP)高级顾问,与美国金融机构合作,提供企业财务服务和产品。他的咨询客户包括AMD、AT&T、康宁、宝洁和辉瑞等财富500强企业。
钟博士还与世界著名大学,如达特茅斯学院、乔治城大学、约翰霍普金斯大学、斯坦福大学和密歇根大学合作,为金融专业人士设计培训项目。此外,钟博士还是香港董事学会(HKIoD)的资深会员和亚太经济合作组织(APEC)的注册商业顾问,曾为众多金融机构提供培训项目,著名客户包括巴克莱银行、瑞士信贷集团、高盛集团、汇丰银行、摩根大通、摩根士丹利、渣打银行、瑞银集团、中国银行、交通银行、工商银行和招商银行等。
Dr. Ronald Chung is a full time staff of UNA. He has close to 30 years of teaching, training and advisory experience in finance and strategy. Dr. Chung had served as Director of Research for the Credit Research Foundation, USA, researching on best practices credit practices and products on behalf of corporate clients and designing training programs for senior financial executives in financial institutions and corporations. In addition, Dr. Chung served as Senior Consultant for the Association for Financial Professionals, USA. His consulting experience includes Fortune 500 clients such as AMD, AT&T, Corning, P&G, Pfizer, etc.
He also designed training programs for finance professionals in collaboration with university partners, including Dartmouth College, Georgetown University, Johns Hopkins University, Stanford University and University of Michigan. Dr. Chung also consults for companies and is a Fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors (HKIoD) and an APEC Certified Business Consultant. Notable clients include Barclays Bank, CS, GS, HSBC, JPM, Morgan Stanley, Standard Chartered Bank, UBS, Bank of China, Bank of Communications, ICBC and CMB.
