Strategic Human Resources

战略人力资源

 

在《战略人力资源》课程中,通过影片欣赏、实践演示、案例讨论、教学方法等,学生可以在课堂上学习自我诊断企业战略和人力资源系统的适用性,并通过理论引导积极的方向,从而达到提高生产率,降低离职率,促进企业运营的目的。面对瞬息万变的市场竞争,人才竞争更加激烈,人力资源管理者必须具备从整体角度管理企业的能力,提高人力资源管理水平,从而提升人才能力,引领企业持续经营。本课程引导学生对人力资源体系进行战略性思考,包括招募与甄选、培训与发展、薪酬与奖励、绩效评估、人才管理、人力资源全球布局、人力资源管理伦理等问题。

In the course of Strategic Human Resources through film appreciation, practice demonstration, case discussion, and instruction method,etc, students can learn the suitability of self-diagnosis enterprise strategy and human resource system in class, and guide the positive direction by theory, so as to achieve the goal of improving productivity, reducing turnover rate and promoting enterprise operation. In the face of the rapidly changing market competition, the talent competition is more intense, human resource executives must have the ability to manage the enterprise from the overall perspective, improve the level of human resource management, so as to enhance the ability of talents and lead the enterprise to sustainable operation. This course guides students to think strategically about HR systems, including recruitment and selection, training and development, salary and reward, performance evaluation, talent management, global layout of human resources, human resource management ethics and other issues.

 

 
 
 

 

 

Profile of Professor

教授简介

 

Dr. Lee是台湾政治大学工商管理博士,主修人力资源与组织管理,擅长讲授人力资源管理、招募甄选、教育培训、绩效面试、创意思维、管理等课程。她的研究领域包括领导风格、训练迁移、训练动机、招募甄选等,学术论文也曾发表于国际知名期刊。她任教EMBA课程10余年,累积教授EMBA学生超过千人,授课风格由浅入深,擅长从微观生活举例切入管理理论,化繁为简、执简驭繁,广受好评。Dr. Lee经常受邀为知名龙头企业进行高管培训,也曾多次为大陆企业高管赴台交流进行授课。

Dr. Lee received her PhD degree in Business Management from National Chengchi University, majoring in human resources and organizational management. She is good at teaching human resource management, recruitment and selection, education training, performance interview, creative thinking, and management, etc. Her research areas include leadership style, training transfer, training motivation, recruitment and selection. Her academic papers were published in international renowned journals. She has been teaching EMBA courses for more than 10 years, and has teaching more than 1,000 EMBA students. Her style is to teach the content from simple to profound, and she is good at explaining management theory from micro-life examples, turning complex into simple, which is widely praised. Dr. Lee is often invited by well-known leading enterprises to teach senior executive training courses, and teach the exchange courses in Taiwan for senior leaders of state-owned enterprises from the mainland.
